Large Excavator
The SH520 is a 50-ton-class heavy-duty titan designed for the harshest mining and high-capacity earthmoving environments. By combining a premium Linde hydraulic system with high-strength structural reinforcements, it delivers an outstanding combination of massive digging force, optimized fuel economy, and unparalleled structural durability.
The SH520 is powered by a high-output Cummins QSM11 engine rated at 280kW, featuring an electronically controlled high-pressure fuel injection system. This technology ensures precise combustion and massive torque delivery at low speeds, significantly reducing hourly fuel consumption while maintaining maximum productivity.
Equipped with a large-capacity bucket (up to 3.5 cubic meters) and a powerful bucket digging force of 292kN, the SH520 is designed to handle large volumes of material. Its excellent cutting capability and fast cycle times make it the ultimate choice for open-pit mining and large infrastructure projects.
The customized Linde load-sensing system provides perfect synergy between the engine and main pumps. This high-flow configuration ensures smooth multi-function synchronization and lightning-fast response times, enabling precise control during heavy-load operations while minimizing energy waste.
The SH520 adopts a "central load-bearing structure" that transmits operating forces directly to the undercarriage, significantly reducing structural stress. Combined with a reinforced "X"-type travel frame, its cross-section strength is 35% higher than conventional models, providing a rock-solid foundation for high-load cycles.
With three optimized working modes, operators can perfectly match machine performance to the task at hand. Features such as auto idle and synchronized speed control reduce redundant engine speed under light loads, further lowering fuel costs and environmental noise.

Adopts an electronically controlled high-pressure fuel injection system to optimize injection and minimize fuel consumption.
Synchronized control eliminates unnecessary engine speed under light loads, further reducing fuel consumption and operating noise.

High efficiency and fast response are the hallmarks of the SH520 main pumps. The system features large displacement and high power density, with strong self-priming capability and absolute reliability under extreme cycles.
1. Straight travel circuit ensures stability during transitions.
2. Boom and swing priority logic enables smooth multitasking.
3. Regeneration circuits for bucket and boom speed up movement cycles.
4. Load-holding valves maintain position and safety under heavy pressure.

1. Ultra-high-strength steel plates are used at high-stress points.
Pin boss positions are made from forged components for excellent fatigue resistance.
The mid-section is welded with large cross-section internal diaphragms for excellent structural rigidity.
Forces are transmitted directly through the upper structure to the undercarriage system, significantly reducing internal structural stress and extending the overall service life of the machine.
The crossbeam structure has been redesigned for stress concentration areas, increasing cross-section strength by 35% compared with the standard design.
Key wear areas (front, sides, bottom) are reinforced with ultra-wear-resistant weld plates, extending the average bucket life by more than 20%.

We manufacture bulldozers, excavators, loaders, road rollers, pipe layers and attachments for a wide range of construction projects.
