The DH17-G 178HP is a new-generation full hydraulic bulldozer that meets China IV emission requirements for non-road machinery. It delivers stable 178HP power output, hydrostatic transmission, strong performance, high efficiency, reliable structure and low fuel consumption. This 178HP bulldozer is designed for dozing, excavating and backfilling earth and rock on highways, railways, mines and airports. With strong 178HP power performance, it is essential machinery for national defense, mining development, road construction and water conservancy projects.

⚙️ Power system

The Weichai WP7 China IV electronically controlled engine provides stable 178HP rated power output and meets the latest non-road emission standards. It runs intelligently and efficiently with low overall fuel consumption.

The machine is equipped with three power modes that can be selected according to the actual load, achieving an ideal match between 178HP power, work efficiency and energy saving.

🔗 Transmission system

The whole machine adopts a dual-circuit electric hydrostatic drive system with load-adaptive function. It supports stepless speed regulation load steering and fixed steering, working efficiently with 178HP power output in narrow working areas.

The transfer case design optimizes the hydraulic system layout, reducing fuel consumption by 10% while maintaining the high efficiency of 178HP.

🌍 Adaptability to working conditions

The undercarriage system features a long ground contact length and a minimum ground clearance of 410mm, ensuring stable travel and strong passability with the support of 178HP power.

The fuel tank capacity reaches 352L, expanding the working range by 15% and supporting 178HP power output for continuous operation of more than 14 hours.

🎮 Control system

Six intelligent control functions are newly added, including slip ratio control, economy mode, driving response control, reverse start mode and automatic idle. All systems work together to optimize 178HP power output, efficiency and fuel consumption.

The 8-inch intelligent display terminal provides clear data, fault self-diagnosis and a friendly user interface for better operation of the 178HP bulldozer.

A rearview camera is standard to improve safety during operation of the 178HP bulldozer.

🚘 Driving system

The six-sided integrated cab adopts an ergonomic design with 20% more space. It uses 4-point MDS shock absorption to reduce vibration and noise, creating a comfortable operating environment for the 178HP bulldozer.

The noise level near the operator's ear can be reduced to 78dB, and the sealed cab maintains 45Pa positive pressure to isolate dust and noise.

The rear-mounted air conditioning system is 15% more efficient, providing a comfortable operating environment for long working hours with 178HP power.
