📌 The SH240-8 is a high-performance 23.2-ton crawler excavator designed for heavy construction, earthmoving, quarrying, road engineering, and municipal projects. Equipped with a Cummins 6BTAA5.9 turbocharged engine, an efficient hydraulic system, and a reinforced undercarriage structure, it delivers strong digging force, stable output, excellent travel performance, and a wide working range to meet long-term high-intensity operation under various complex working conditions.

🔋 Cummins High-Power Engine Configuration

Powered by an original Cummins 6BTAA5.9 inline turbocharged engine with a 6-cylinder design, 6.7 L displacement, 133 kW rated power at 2000 rpm, and 708 N·m maximum torque. The engine adopts high-pressure common rail technology, offering ample power reserve, low fuel consumption, strong torque output, and excellent adaptability to high loads and harsh working environments.

The SH240-8 is equipped with a 1.2 m³ standard bucket, matched with 146 kN bucket digging force and 107 kN arm digging force. Full heavy-duty track configuration: track length 4460 mm, overall track width 2800 mm, and thickened 600 mm track shoes. Each side is equipped with 9 track rollers and 2 carrier rollers; the wear-resistant and impact-resistant design extends service life. Ground pressure is controlled at 49.8 kPa, effectively preventing sinking on soft ground.
