The SD46 adopts a PPC pilot proportional valve-controlled working device and a K suspension floating travel system, and is equipped with a global intelligent service system as well as rollover and falling object protection devices. It features advanced structure, strong working condition adaptability, and high working efficiency.
🚜 The SD46 standard bulldozer has an operating weight of 54000KG and a blade capacity of 16m3. It is powered by a Cummins KTA19-C525 turbocharged diesel engine with a rated power of 340kw/2000rpm. The integrated design of the cylinder block and cylinder head effectively prevents water and oil leakage, reduces the number of parts by 25% compared with similar products, and greatly lowers the failure rate and maintenance costs.
🔧 In terms of the transmission and hydraulic systems, the SD46 is equipped with a highly reliable power shift transmission and a planetary structure main reducer, which can automatically adjust torque according to changes in external load and offers excellent fuel economy. The hydraulic system adopts cylinders with a new structure, and key seals and hydraulic hoses are all imported products, ensuring longer service life and higher reliability. The externally mounted working valve also makes maintenance more convenient.
