At an open test site, our factory's technical team conducted comprehensive field testing of the E22 electric bulldozer. The tests covered power output, hydraulic system stability, battery performance, adaptability to rugged terrain and other aspects, verifying the reliability and efficiency of this zero-emission construction machine under actual working conditions.
Field Testing: Engineers Operating the E22 Electric Bulldozer
Our engineers, wearing safety equipment, put the E22 electric bulldozer through tests on uneven ground and sloped terrain. They tested the machine's starting performance, pushing force, steering flexibility and continuous operation capability. The quiet operation of the 200kW permanent magnet synchronous motor eliminated the noise typical of diesel bulldozers, enabling precise control and clear communication among team members during testing.

Core Performance Verification: Power, Hydraulics and Battery
The E22 is equipped with a 200kW permanent magnet synchronous motor (200Nm torque) and a 423.94kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack (614.2V, 690Ah). During testing, the travel motor controller (210kW, 800AAC) delivered stable power output even under heavy load conditions. The triple gear pump hydraulic system, driven by a 50kW permanent magnet motor, provided smooth and powerful lifting and pushing performance, with a 30MPa working pressure meeting the requirements of typical bulldozing operations.
Thermal Management and System Stability Testing
Field testing also evaluated the performance of the E22's integrated thermal management system. The TMS cooling system based on an 8kW compressor, the 45kW plate-fin radiator and the electronically controlled air conditioner worked together to maintain optimal operating temperatures for the battery pack and motor even during continuous operation. The custom VCU controller monitored all parameters in real time, ensuring the system operated within safe ranges throughout the entire test.
Terrain Adaptability and Safety Features
The E22's tracked chassis demonstrated excellent stability on rugged and sloped terrain. Engineers tested the bulldozer's climbing ability, traction and maneuverability, finding that the machine operated reliably under all conditions. Safety features such as the CAN communication insulation monitor, high-voltage shielded cables and the Starlight Night Vision 360° panoramic imaging system were also verified, providing comprehensive protection for operators during field operations.

Conclusion: The E22 Electric Bulldozer Is Ready for Practical Application
Following successful field testing, our factory team confirmed that the E22 electric bulldozer meets all performance and reliability standards. With 200kW of power, a high-capacity battery, an efficient hydraulic system and intelligent controls, it can deliver zero-emission, low-noise and cost-effective performance in various construction environments.
