Hydraulic System

The closed hydraulic system consists of Danfoss high-pressure piston pumps and motors, ensuring the roller has good driving performance and high climbing ability. The hydraulic continuously variable transmission ensures operation at the most suitable speed under different working conditions. It is both economical and efficient.

Vibratory Drum Structure

The vibratory drum adopts a four-point support inner drum vibration chamber structure, with high strength and good rigidity, and is equipped with impact-resistant reinforced imported vibration bearings to ensure bearing performance; the carefully designed bearing seat with lubricating oil passages provides good lubrication and heat dissipation performance. Even under strong alternating loads, it can still ensure excellent performance and long-term reliability of the vibration support, ensuring efficient construction efficiency.

Wheel-side Reducer

The braking system consists of multiple wet brakes on the vibratory drum reducer and a hydrostatic brake on the closed hydraulic system. It has three major functions: driving, parking, and emergency braking, ensuring safe and reliable travel.

Data Display System

The audible and visual alarm device on the instrument panel can provide maintenance and repair information at any time, avoiding operating equipment with faults and preventing equipment damage. The oversized color LCD screen displays various machine information in real time, making operation simple and convenient. The throttle handle and forward/reverse handle are placed on the right side, improving operating comfort.

Vibration System

The closed vibration system consists of a Danfoss vibration pump and vibration motor, with dual frequency and dual amplitude, scientifically and reasonably configuring static linear load and excitation force to ensure effective compaction of different types of materials and paving layer thicknesses.

Density Tester

Optional compaction degree detector allows direct observation of compaction quality in the cab

Edge Cutter

The optional edge cutter is used for road edge cutting operations.

Water Spray Fire Suppression System

Large-capacity water tank ensures continuous construction of the entire machine, three-stage filtration, electronically controlled pressure water spray system, with optional continuous or intermittent spraying.
